Are your products all new?
All of the products that we sell are new.

How can these brands be so cheap?
The reason we are able to offer cheaper is because we buy from a large purchases of bankruptcies and buy overstock, and also because we have collections of previous seasons

Can I buy in your store? is an online shop. We have chosen to sell only online in order to save expenses such as staff and rent. This is also one of the reasons why the products  can be offered for stunt charges

Do you have retail sales or is your sales by wholesale?

Will I receive the same products as seen on the photo that I saw on your website?

Of course. All of the pictures are taken by us in our own studio. You wil receive what you see!

Why should I create a user profile at
Before placing an order, you need to create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don’t have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to My Hpsfashion account, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.

How do I create a user profile at
You can easily create your own Hpsfashion user profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember. Please make sure that your password is one that you don’t forget

I forgot my password / username – can you help me?
If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot password” link and we will send you an email with information on how to reset your password. A forgotten username can be retrieved directly via email.

Instagram is offering me a gift card that supposedly is to be valid at and there are many accounts offering discounts. Is this really true?
Unfortunately, a number of fake campaigns and accounts are circulating on Facebook and Instagram giving away gift cards to our customers. We are aware of the problem and is not the only company afflicted. We do not support these kinds of actions and we always report them to Instagram to get them closed down as soon as possible and prevent them from spreading even further. We truly apologize for the inconvenience that these fake campaigns may cause our customers.

How can I place an order?

  • First, click on the product you want.
  • Choose the size and select (see the size chart)
  • Add to your shopping bag
  • Have a membership, if you don’t have one (we recommend this so you can look and follow your order any time you want).
  • Visit the payment page and make the payment.
  • You will receive an order confirmation on your mail address. If you don’t please check out your spambox /trash box before you contact our customer service.

An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?
The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout.

I can not select an item or the size. How is this possible?
The item is sold out. We recommend you to follow our website, because our stock is regularly supplemented.

How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

How do I know if I have the right size?
An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide, you can find these under each product. Please note that same size garments may still vary depending on fit. follow the standard body measurement lists, based on average body measurements for all sizes.

Are my card details and personal information safe? guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information.

Where do I enter my discount code when shopping?
Make sure that you are logged in (as a new customer, you need to create a profile first), then open the shopping bag and enter your code in the applicable box at checkout.

Which payment methods can I use?
When shopping at you can choose one of four payment methods:  Bitcoint, creditcard, paysafecard

When is the amount debited from my card?
Immediately. After receipt of payment, we will ship your package the first working day.

How much is the shipping cost?

You will see the amount when you place your order. Because our system automatically calculates the shipment cost according to the weight of your order. Sometimes we arrange campaigns such as “free shipping or free shipping above 50euro’s ”. But  these campaigns will be announced in our website and you also can see it at your payment check out.

When does my order will be shipped?
After receipt of payment, orders will be sent immediately (on working days) or at least the next working day.

When does my order will be delivered?
As soon as we start packing your order we will sent it mostly the same day. Our company has offices in Switzerland, Turkey, Italy, Hong Kong and America. All orders are shipped with mail order companies and these deliver within 2-5 working days. Exception is the orders from Hong Kong, these will be delivered within 2-10 working days. Other exceptions are:

– hard weather conditions
– If we receive the payment late
– If there is nobody in the address during delivery (you will be informed by the mailordercompany)
– In official holidays
– If the address is wrong (you will be informed by the mailordercompany)
– If the products are not available for that period (you will be informed by our customer service)

Where do we ship?
We can ship to all countries in the world.

How can I track my parcel?
Because of little staff and many orders it is unfortunately not possible for us to provide all track and trace numbers. As a result, we have chosen to do this only for late shipments. If your order is late, please contact our customer service [email protected]

How do I return or exchange an item?
unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt

How can I book a return?
You can return your item(s) up to 7 days after receiving your package. Please contact our customers service  [email protected]

How will I be informed that my return has been processed?

After you have asked for return information at the customerservice, you will get an email within 24hours. That is your return conformation. You have to follow the instruction fast because of the 7days policy.

Who will pay the shipping costs in replacement processes?

If we are responsible for the trouble, we will pay the shipping costs. Otherwise you should pay for that.
